This flour delivers the nutrition boost of whole grains and the texture of all purpose flour. Compared to whole wheat flour, this pastry flour offers a lighter wheat taste because it is made from a different variety of wheat known as white wheat. Yet, since it is made from the entire white wheat grain, it delivers the nutrition benefits that come along with keeping the entire grain of wheat intact including: vitamin E, magnesium, iron, and fiber. This flour works great in recipes like cookies and quick breads for a heart-healthy spin!
